Today I have decided to credit those that helped me a lot, or if I know them well enough or before I started making stuff almost 2 years ago, or if I know them personally, or even showing that, that person could be eligible to be promoted to something else if they like to be, and I hope I got everyone that I wanted to be in this rank!

You almost get all the PM and attachment quota that you can get!

I also forgot to say that if you are staff and then retire, you will also be a V.I.P. whenever you retire from your position
