Yes, the front is based from the Sierra. The sides and the back are based from the Fox body Mustang.

I see this car and always think of the in-game Russian mobsters, and a time when I went online, finding I was in a modded server with these cars in yellow and green and stuff. There was also a blue FIB Buffalo.
