Hi everyone!

This site hit 1500 members earlier today and I think that we need more staff to maintain the site

My current objective-

Demote 2 admin for long absence(1 month or more) and promoting 2 new ones, 2 people that I trust a lot and that I know that they can do a good job being an admin!

The demoted admins are now V.I.P.s, just like any other retied staff or valued member, they can keep the large attachment space and PM space, and can always been a Moderator in the future

Since I have promoted both my Chief Moderators and demoted the other one for long absence, I need 3 new ones
These staff are the eyes and ears on the site and are in charge of what is in posts and topics that are posted by other users and lower-class staff, I have picked 3 Moderators, and I am eliminating Evaluation Staff and the Site Affiliate staff then making them Moderators, until they are promoted or demoted

Now for the basic Moderators, the helpers of the Chief Moderators, the staff that makes sure that no one breaks any rules that the Chief Moderators make and follow
Since I have promoted 3 moderators, I will hire 3 more, 3 people that that I know well enough to make sure that they can do this and they have also have experiences from being a mod from other sites
