The world's lowest legal car will be presented at the Essen Car Show (Germany) from Nov 28 to Dec 7, it is named Flat-Mobile and is 48,26 centimeters high

haha, funny, but I wouldn't drive it as long as I still have some life appreciation because people would overlook me in that, especially the big trucks!
