this is true, i readed it at MSN auto, pontiac will stop in 2010.

So is Hummer, Saturn, Daewoo, Hummer, Opel, Vauxhall, and Holden

But GM is trying to sell them, but if not, they will die off like Oldsmobile, Geo, Bedford, Pontiac and a whole bunch of others have

Jaguar is being sold as well, I think

Jaguar and Land Rover were sold by Ford to to indian conglomerate TaTa in last year.

I hope someone aquires Holden. I want a Ute like CCM.

I was thinking adding the G8 and G8 ST to the Chevy line-up as the G8 being a salon car and the ST can be the El Camino

Maybe even keep the Solstice/Sky body and make a Chevy roadster or a Cadillac roadster

GM could even keep the hummers and put them in with a GMC badge, since GMCs are limited production

And I did just found out what GM is going to do with all their new cars that are being made on soon-to-be-dissolved brands, about a dozen cars made under the Hummer, Pontiac and Saturn badge will be made under either the GMC, Cadillac, Buick or Chevy badge and a quote from the CEO, "the divisions are crumbling but not the cars, we could get a good amount of sales from the G8 and since the gas prices aren't outrages, the H4 could be a good seller

Wait 1sec, Holden is still alive over here, yes they are owned by GM, tho there GMH and there still fine atm.

GM isn't doing anything until mid-year, next year, then that's when we can panic lol

and additionally, they try to sell saab, too
the german state tries to save ople and vauxhall too (because the cars of vauxhall are opels with other grills, saturn astra, sky,vue and aura, too) and now there exists an offer by fiat( dont know wether you them, i think they dont sell cars in the us, its an italian car brand), so fiat wants to take over opel. They also want to take over chrysler, i think.
So those brands all will be european !!

GM is trying to sell all the ones they are getting rid off, to get some extra money, but if not, they will just close them
