I was going through my photo album and i came across an interesting find.



It might seem like an ordinary 1990 NYPD Caprice wagon. but look at the number and body damage on the drivers door and the quarter panel...

And compare it to this one



Its the same car a few years later. This might not be a big deal to most people but consider that the NYPD has a fleet of several thousand vehicles. And the chances of finding 2 pictures of the same vehicle with a different paint scheme is almost impossible.

The paint schemes must have changed before and after the 2 cars were turned into police cruisers

Its the same car it was just repainted after the paint scheme changed in 1997
