I agree with i_crave_vtec ! For some of us, it would be a long list.

These are some of the cars I owned and or drove:

1979 Malibu: my first car I owned (daily driver, but removed the 200c.i. v6, and replaced it with a 350)
1975 Impala: I owned (daily driver, and also used as a snowplow in winters  , and climbed sand hills in the summers  . Not bad for a stock, 2-ton boat eh?)
1976 Jeep Cherokee full-size 4x4: I owned (daily driver with a 258 inline 6 cyl., it pulled out alot of Ford, Dodge, and Chevy trucks out of mud, and snow! )
1977 Chevy Short-box 4x4: I owned (was a great truck for going thru brush and mud, when 4-wheeling)
2- 1965 Impala's: I owned (both were SS, my avatar is one of them )
1968 Camaro SS: I owned (Thru a 350 in it, to drive it home, then sold it to my brother, now it belongs to his son)
1968 Camaro SS: I drove (was another one my brother owned with a 427 in it, sweet to drive 8) )
Alot of gas savers: I owned and drove thru-out the years (to save money on gas so I can fill the tank in the classics I had  )
A few other cars and trucks: I owned and drove thru-out the years (mainly Chevy's and some other Cherokee's)

Uhmm let`s see... .Most of the cars i drove as a Teenager

-late 70s VW Beetle in the backyard of a garage/car repair
-a black and rusty early 50s Buick 2 Door in Romania.I spend 3 Weeks of summer vacation there when i was 14.
My Dad left me there with the family of his friend. The only rule there was "you can do anything you want, but please get the kids home when school is over.I was a bit confused. When i ask how should i do that the friend of my dad showed me that gigantic black car in the garage. After a little lesson in driving(and not to drive through the flowers  )i could drive that big beast.Nobody cared that i didn`t had a license to drive

-Fiat Ducato:That was a huge old 80s Delivery Van i drove just a few minutes to find a parking place near the delivery company my where my dad worked.
-Mercedes 190:It was time for my little sister to get practise in driving a car so we drove to the training ground of the driving school.Funnily the engine always died when she turned the key.

being a mechanic, you could almost name an american car and I have probably driven it at some point in time. I dont get alot of "imports"(Porsche, BMW and the like) in so I can count those out.

You are from Prague and you got to drive all those road-eating american beasts? That's probably more american cars than I've seen on the roads here so far!
