GIMP is my main program to recolor, as some may know.
But recently [started about 1 month ago] , its be getting me very annoyed.

After I open about 2 or 3 things, It freezes and I get a pop up box saying "GIMP 2.6 Has Stopped Working", making me go back and wait another minute for it to open again.

Luckily, it has happened only once for making .gifs, when I was making the .gif for the recolors of Suls's Peugeot.

So any ideas on what is wrong?

not sure, I recommend getting a photobucket account and make a slideshow or make a vid the same way as any .gif creator using movie maker and upload vid to photobucket, it will turn out a lot better than any .gif

So sorry Vo! I got so tied up in everything in life lol. I might sign up to Photobucket. I have like 800+ stuff in TinyPic and I hate having to go through it all to find what I need, so yeah, I'll think about it.

You'll find it very easy in photobucket, having everything in individual albums almost like using folders on your computer
