Made from Dr. Pixel's 1950 Ford Pickup, and the toolbox from the Maxis original. Just place in your downloads folder, and your repairman will arrive in a truck as old as he (or she) is.

Tested with all EPs installed. If you have some other combo of EPs and this fails to work for you, let me know what EPs you have installed, and what the problem was.

NOTE 1: I had trouble getting the repairman to stay after dark, so the lights haven't been tested, but the truck aligns with the main joint in exactly the same manner as it did with the gardener truck, so I just used the same settings. If your repairman stays after dark, and the lights appear out of alignment, let me know.

NOTE 2: If you downloaded the default gardener version of this truck, I have made a small revision and re-uploaded it, so go over to that thread for details.

Dude, I love this! Can't wait for your vintage F*ND!

Sorry - the F*ND I modeled isn't any good for the default replacement. I should have made a cabover instead of a front engine. The flashing lights effect is a single effect for the front and back lights, and is way too large for the pumper I made, so I'm gonna hafta start over. I'll prolly redo that after the fall semester.

oh, but I'd like that truck anyway, even if it was only a decorative object. :)

Well, I'm not gonna upload it, 'cause it's an unfinished object, but if you wanna do something with the mesh, pm me with your email address and I'll send it to you. Whenever I get the chance, I'll probably just delete the cab and use the hose bed for a new version of the truck.
