The Smoogo Istanbul was derived by the 720 with a custom Duroplast chassis and some different components.
It shared with the hatchback, the platform and the lights, but other parts were made exclusively for the car.
Like the engine, a V4, very easy to repair, used also on some custom rally cars.

The Smoogo Commander is a different and faster version of the Istanbul, that was sold to Simoviet and East Serman Police. The Commander was fitted with a powerful but incredibly noisy Wankel rotary engine realized in collaboration with Masta, and it was the fastest Smoogo made for police use.

Now it's replaced by Yomoshotos.

Without the Police lights on the roof. I can't think of many situations where someone will own a Police car, but one that's been decommisioned is a different story.

Sorry, Dew, but Commander is designed only for police. The normal version is the Istanbul, made by VPN (you can find it in VPN's Garage), and it's really similar (I only added some particulars)!
